"I just got car insurance with State Farm! I had a great experience talking with Cordell Williams at first then after a few minutes I noticed he kept cutting me off, I couldn't hardly get a word in so I look past that cause I wanted to get to pull other insurance it was a little cheaper than GEICO so I went with it, after i got the car insurance active I noticed things was getting worse every time i call about a problem he kept cutting me off wouldn't let me finish getting me concern out, how are you going to understand what a person is saying if you don't listen, ( WE HAVE 1 MONTH AND 2 EARS FOR A REASON) evidently he was not taught that as a child growing up! He was getting on my last nerve, The last conversation I had with him about leaving to go to another insurance that I found was $150 cheaper. He got very offensive argumentative and wouldn't listen again and He gave me a hassle with getting my refund back told me I wouldn't get a fund back, i told him wrong yes am getting my 198.95 because i canceled the insurance before the due date then he hung up in my ear . I talked to his coworker Winter. She was very pleasant and nice. She took time out to hear my complaint never cut me off and I got my money back👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 CORDELL🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣! Thanks to Winter! Cordell Williams is the REASON I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO STATE FARM.........BY
